Making Strong Families.

It’s what we do and It’s who we are!

We train families!  From youth athletes, to parents balancing their busy schedules to older adults working on staying strong and fit to make the most of every moment, we have a program for each stage of life.

We will provide the programming, coaching and experience needed to support you along the way.

We believe that building a solid foundation of strength and fitness, in a supportive team environment, will not only push you to achieve your goals but will provide a community of like-minded individuals striving to work towards becoming better in their day to day life.

Featured Offerings

ADULT team training

Adult teamTRAINING is geared towards anyone looking to improve their strength and fitness within a team setting. We strive to meet each person where they are in their fitness journey and utilize a variety of tools to help you meet your goals.

Sports Performance

Our program will focus on gaining strength, explosiveness and speed while also incorporating movements specifically geared towards the sport(s) in which the athlete competes.


Nutrition Coaching

We offer 1:1 coaching as well as group coaching throughout the year. Contact our team directly to schedule your complimentary initial session to determine how we can best help you reach your goals.

Private Training

We offer personal training for youth athletes and adults, as well as private small group training and team training. Contact Mimi directly to schedule your initial session to determine how we can best help you reach your goals.


Three generations of Watkins Family have been actively attending Mahon Strength and Fitness classes for about a year, and the impact that incorporating health and fitness into our lives has been immeasurable!

Though we are family, the needs of each of us in regards to our individual health have been very different. MSF has taken a focused and individualized approach to meeting those needs for each of us.

Ellie has set the example for the family by taking a relentless approach to committing to teamTRAIN classes and immersing herself in MSF community; the one on one sessions for Bryan, who has been courageously fighting for a kidney for a year and half and increasing his mobility and functional strength since his stroke in 2018; Brad’s competitive spirit is fed each weekend at competitors training; Erin has re-energized focus on her cardiovascular and functional strength and made fast friends with many in the MSF community. Pace and Piper are just beginning their fitness journey as they learn the importance of living a healthy and strong lifestyle at Athlete Prep classes.

The Watkins Family has literally grown stronger together since joining the Mahon Strength and Fitness Community! We are committed to our health, our family and our community!

Brad Watkins

A year ago I walked into MSF for the first time and I was scared and excited. Scared of what the workouts would look like. Excited to try something new with the hope of wanting to go back. (Key = wanting to go back.) After my first class I was hooked and immediately signed up for the monthly membership (even after falling off the rower) and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I have lost weight and inches, gained muscle and strength along with flexibility and confidence. Most importantly I’ve gained a gym family who make MSF my new happy place and keep me wanting to go back. To them I say thank you and I’ll see ya in class!

When I started coming to MSF I was looking for something different to get me back into the fitness game. I wanted to be excited about going to the gym and what I got at MSF is so much more than that.  I have gotten stronger physically, learned so much about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle, and developed new friendships with some of the most genuine and encouraging people I’ve had the chance to meet.  I have challenged myself and improved in ways I never thought I could. I have never regretted a single workout at MSF and am a better person for joining this community.

Kate Welch

Aria has been through two sessions now of the Athlete prep program and all I can say is wow. The first improvement that stood out to me is her confidence which has been reflected on the basketball court. She was timid before about really jumping up for rebounds but now she understands the power she has and really explodes up to grab those rebounds. Second, her side to side movement defensively has become more quick and fluid. I’m excited to see how her confidence transfer to her softball and tumbling. They may work hard at MSF, but they have fun doing it!
