Classes For All Fitness Levels

Adult teamTRAINING is geared towards anyone looking to improve their strength and fitness within a team setting. We strive to meet each person where they are in their fitness journey and utilize a variety of tools to help you meet your goals.

Teamtraining

Each 60 min teamTRAIN session will consist of a dynamic warm up, mobility, strength, metabolic conditioning and end with a cool down. Our goal is to bring you coach-led, progressive programming within a supportive, dynamic community.

Price: $100/month
Frequency: 2 sessions/week

Competitors Training

This “train with the trainer” format is designed for experienced lifters looking to take their training to the next level. Each session is 2 hours and consist of weight lifting, conditioning and accessory work programmed towards upcoming competitions.

Price: $100

Frequency: 10 pack punch card

Class Offerings:

  • Saturday 7 – 9am
  • Sunday 8 – 10am

Mobility Class

This 30 minute session consists of foam rolling, myofascial release technique and diaphragmatic breathing to keep you moving well and feeling your best.

Price: $15/class
Class Offerings: Sunday 11 – 11:30am

Slow Flow Yoga

A Vinyasa style yoga class (linking breath, movement and poses together) with an emphasis on the element of time into the yoga practice. Suitable for all levels of students. The practitioner has time to evaluate how and when a pose should to be modified, due to physical limitations or limitations in experience. The practitioner also has the time to mentally engage with the body, as it moves through a series. The mind and body connection is one of the main goals of yoga. Slow flow allows a person to become familiar with his or her body, create a reflective pause, and create the time to go inward.

Price: $15/class OR $60/5 pack
