Training for all Athletes

As a former Division I college softball player, and strength and conditioning coach, Mimi feels it is incredibly exciting to be a part of each athlete’s athletics career. The training one does in the gym serves the primary purpose of trying to maximize athlete performance on the field or court while striving to reduce injury. Our program will focus on gaining strength, explosiveness and speed while also incorporating movements specifically geared towards the sport(s) in which the athlete competes.

Toddler Train (Walking – pRe k)

Accelerate your child’s development through learning to play with others, listening and responding to verbal cueing and direction, and building confidence through exploration and play. We will run, jump, crawl and play in a safe environment with others! 

Price: $25/Drop in, $109/5 sessions, $199/10 sessions, $360/20 sessions

Class Offerings:Sunday 10a-11a 

Athlete 101 (Grades K-3)

Athlete 101 is designed to instill a solid base of athleticism and build confidence in youth athletes. Your athlete will improve their body awareness, fundamental movement patterns, speed and agility.

Price: $25/Drop in, $109/ 5 sessions, $199/10 sessions, $360/20 sessions

Monday-Thursday 6-7p, Saturday/Sunday 9-10a

Athlete Prep (Grades 4-9)

Athlete prep is designed to lay a solid foundation of the fundamental movement patterns they need to develop their speed, strength and power.

Price: $25/Drop in, $109/5 sessions $199/10 sessions, $360/20 sessions

Advanced Athlete (Grades 10-12)

Our Advanced Athlete Training program is designed for athletes in grades 10–12 who are committed to reaching their full potential in athletics. Whether your goal is to become a standout high school player or compete at the collegiate level, our training focuses on the athletic development needed to excel in high school athletics and beyond.

What sets our program apart is the experience of our coaching staff. Both of our lead coaches played and coached collegiate athletics at the Division I level, giving them unique insight into the demands of high-level competition and the pathway to collegiate success. Through individualized training, athletes gain the tools and confidence needed to elevate their performance and prepare for the next stage of their athletics journey.
