Sports Performance
Training for all Athletes
As a former Division I college softball player, and strength and conditioning coach, Mimi feels it is incredibly exciting to be a part of each athlete’s athletics career. The training one does in the gym serves the primary purpose of trying to maximize athlete performance on the field or court while striving to reduce injury. Our program will focus on gaining strength, explosiveness and speed while also incorporating movements specifically geared towards the sport(s) in which the athlete competes.
Toddler Train (Ages 1-2, walking)
Accelerate your child’s development through learning to play with others, listening and responding to verbal cueing and direction, and building confidence through exploration and play. We will run, jump, crawl and play in a safe environment with others! We do require a parent present for this session.
Price: $60/session

Sunday 3:00 – 3:30pm
Athlete 101 (Ages 3-5)
Athlete 101 is an introduction to building athleticism and coordination through skipping, running, and jumping. We will introduce the basic fundamentals of proper movement patterns, speed and agility all while gamifying new skills and drills.
Price: $60/session
Class Offerings:
Sunday 2:30 – 3:00pm
Athlete 102 (Grades 1-3)
Athlete 101 is designed to instill a solid base of athleticism and build confidence in youth athletes. Your athlete will improve their body awareness, fundamental movement patterns, speed and agility.
Price: $60/session | $120 for 2x/week
Frequency: 1 Session/week | 2 Sessions/week for 5 weeks
Class Offerings:
Wednesdays 7:00 – 7:30pm, Sunday 2:00 – 2:30pm
Athlete Prep (Grades 4-6)
Athlete prep is designed to lay a solid foundation of the fundamental movement patterns they need to develop their speed, strength and power.
Price: $75 for 1x/Week | $150 for 2x/Week
Frequency: 1 Session/week | 2 Sessions/week for 5 weeks
Class Offerings:
Thursday 7:00 – 8:00pm, Sunday 1:00 – 2:00pm
Advanced Athlete (Grades 7-12)
Our Advanced athlete program will provide athletes with the direction they need to excel above and beyond their competition by further developing their speed, strength and power as it relates directly to their sport(s). Programming will progress uniquely to the goals of each individual athlete while also allowing for the motivation, accountability and competition of the team training atmosphere.
Price: $75 for 1x/week | $150 for 2x/week | $225 for 3x/week
Frequency: 1 Session/week | 2 Sessions/week | 3 Sessions/week for 5 weeksÂ
Class Offerings: Monday / Wednesday 4:00 – 5:00pm, Sundays 12:00-1:00pm
